2008-2009: Foster to Missouri

Tara Foster has committed to Missouri, according to a site submission. Foster is a L10 at Krafft Academy in Oklahoma. She placed 4th on VT and 11th AA at the 2007 Region III L10 Regionals as a Senior A. In 2006, she tied for 1st on VT, 5th on UB and 8th AA at the Level 9 Western Nationals. A. Smith Hired as Assistant at Missouri

Former UCLA All-American Amy Smith has been hired as an assistant at Missouri. She'll be handling the choreography. Link: Mizzou Release

Women's US Classic

Miller to ASU

Samantha Miller has reportedly committed to Arizona State. Miller is a former international elite and L10 who trains at Metroplex in Texas. She placed 17th AA and 5th on BB at the 2005 VISA (US) Championships. She also finished 15th AA in 2004. Link: Her Official Website

Ball State Hires Nadalie Walsh as Head Coach

Ball State has hired Nadalie Walsh as the new Head Coach. She replaces Lisa Simonton. Walsh was the head coach at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and guided that program to the NCGA Title in 2007. She was the NCGA Coach of the Year in 2006. Link: Ball State Release
2008-2009: Shields to Auburn

Kylie Shields has committed to Auburn, according to her club website. Shields is a L10 at Dynamic Gymnastics in NY. In 2007, she placed 9th AA, 3rd on BB and tied for 10th on VT at the L10 Nationals, in the Senior A division. In 2006, she was 24th AA at the L10 Nationals. 2008-2009: Morris Reportedly Commit to Kentucky

Storey Morris has reportedly committed to Kentucky, as reported on her apparent MySpace page. Morris is a L10 who trains at Texas East. Her club coach was recently hired as an assistant at UK. In 2007, she tied for 24th AA, 6th on FX and 8th on VT in the Senior B division at L10 Nationals. She also placed 15th AA and tied for 2nd on FX and 6th on UB at the 2006 L10 Nationals.
2008-2009: Mahlich Reportedly Committed to UF

Elizabeth Mahlich reportedly committed to Florida earlier this Spring. Mahlich is a L10 who trains at Geddart's Twistars. At the 2007 L10 Nationals, she placed 2nd AA, 2nd on UB, 2nd on BB and 4th(t) on VT in the Senior A division. She also tied for 2nd AA in 2006, while capturing the National title on BB. 2008-2009: Szatkowski Reportedly Commits to Iowa

Anna Szatkowski has reportedly committed to Iowa for 2008-2009. She's a L10 at Deltchev's. In 2007, she placed 18th AA, 3rd on BB and 3rd(t) on VT at the Region I L10 Regionals, Sr. A.
2007-2008: Simbhudas to Join Sister at Iowa

Rebecca Simbhudas will reportedly join her sister at Iowa, according to Gymn.ca. Simbhudas is a senior high performance athlete who now trains at Gemini. Older sister Jennifer will be a junior at Iowa this season. She placed 7th AA, 2nd on UB and 2nd on BB at the 2007 Canadian Championships. She also tied for 8th AA at the 2006 Canadian Championships. Doak Hired as Assistant at PSU (W)
