MSU Sign Nicole Heikkila

Michigan State has signed Nicole Heikkila for 2007-2008, according to a release. Heikkila is a Canadian National Open and former High Performance (elite) who trains at Sports Seneca. She placed 5th and 2nd on BB in the Sr. National Open category of the 2007 Canadian Championships. As a junior HP gymnast in 2005, she placed 7th AA. Link: MSU Release
Koval to BYU

Krysten Koval has committed to BYU for 2008-2009, as confirmed by her personal website. Koval is a L10 at Colony Gymnastics Academy. She is a 3-time National qualifier and in 2007 placed 7th on beam and 27th AA. In 2006, she placed 33rd(t) AA.

2007-2008: Minion to USU

Jasmine Minion has made a late commitment to Utah State, according to a site submission. Minion is a L10 who trains at River City Gymnastics. In 2007, she placed 4th(t) on VT and 44th(t) AA at the L10 Nationals, Sr. C. As a Sr. A in 2006, she placed 26th AA and 8th(t) on VT at the L10 Nationals.
Joannides to Illinois

Kelsey Joannides has reportedly committed to Illinois for 2008-2009, according to a site submission. She's a L10 at Frederick Gymnastics Club. In 2007, she placec 4th on VT and was first alternate to Nationals at the Region VII L10 Regionals, Sr. A. In 2006, she placed 11th AA and 5th on VT at the Regional meet.
Bregetti to Auburn

Clare Bregetti has committed to AU, according to a site submission. She's a L10 who currently trains at Orlando Metro. She placed 9th AA and tied for 9th on UB at the 2007 L10 Nationals, Sr. B. She was also 13th AA in 2005. Link: Action Photos at Timeless Images

Foster to Auburn

Justine Foster has committed to Auburn, according to a site submission. Foster is a L10 who trains at Atlantic. In 2007, she placed 21st AA and tied for 10th FX at the L10 Nationals, in the Senior B group. As a Jr. D in 2006, she placed 11th AA, 2nd on FX and 3rd on VT. Kareen Kaveh has committed to Auburn for 2008-2009, according to a site submission. Kaveh is a L10 who trains at Hill's. In 2007, she tied for 5th AA and 3rd on FX at the L10 Nationals, Sr. A. Mary Burke has reportedly committed to Missouri, according to a site submission. She's a L10 who trains at the American Academy in Illinois. In 2007, she placed 35th AA at the L10 Nationals, in the Senior B category. The prior year, she placed 8th(t) on FX and 21st AA in the Junior D category.

Tara Foster has committed to Missouri, according to a site submission. Foster is a L10 at Krafft Academy in Oklahoma. She placed 4th on VT and 11th AA at the 2007 Region III L10 Regionals as a Senior A. In 2006, she tied for 1st on VT, 5th on UB and 8th AA at the Level 9 Western Nationals.
