BYU has retained Broogan Evanson and Makenna Giles as part of the new coaching staff. Both were existing assistant coaches. Evanson was also promoted to Associate Head Coach

Georgia has hired Laurent Landi as the Associate Head Coach. Landi is of course the husband of Georgia Head Coach Cecile Canqueteau-Landi. Since her hire, Landi has been consulting and coach in with the Mexican and French National Teams.

OU assistant coach Ashley Kerr has resigned after nine seasons as a volunteer and paid assistant coach. She is being replaced by former Sooner star Olivia Troutman. Troutman spent the last year as an assistant at USU.

The Women's Development Program (WDP) Level 10 Nationals are this weekend, and many of the future stars of the NCAA are in competition for spots on the WDP National Team and to attract the attention of recruiters. Here are the Top Ten AA finishers and Top Three event winners per age groups that represent the Class of 2026 and 2027, with their colleges identified, if available. The article will be updated periodically through the weekend.
Lauren Malerich, a L10 at Integrity, has committed to Penn and its admissions process. She recently qualified to the All-Star division at the Women's Development Program l10 Nationals as an event specialist on BB. Competing on three events at the 2026 Region 5 L10 Regionals, she placed 3rd on BB. She also placed 11th AA at the 2025 Region 5 l10 Regionals.

Many future stars of the NCAA are competing this weekend in the Women's Development Program Level 10 Nationals. We'll be updating this report with the top results of the various sessions from this weekend, with the athlete's future school identified.
Nebraska has hired former NCAA Champion and Lincoln native Jordan Gamboa (nee Bowers) as an assistant. She was the 2025 NCAA AA Champion and Honda Award Winner for gymnastics. She was a 28-time All-American and eight-time Regional Champion. She was a student coach for the Sooners this past season.

McCall McMullen, who spend her first three seasons at UNH, will transfer to Arizona for next season. She competed on up to three events for UNH, with a career high of 9.925 on FX and 9.825 on VT.

OU senior and NCAA AA champion Faith Torrez was named the Honda Sports Award winner for Gymnastics.

Anna Flynn Cashion has accepted a full-ride scholarship offer and will transfer to Clemson for next season, after two seasons at Kentucky. Cashion was a standout on VT for the Wildcats winning All-SEC honors and posting a 9.95 career high. She missed most of her frosh season, and will look to add other events in the future.

Arizona has hired Brian Amato as an assistant. He was an assisitant for six years at Nebraska and seven years at Oregon State.

Lilly Tubbs, who will graduate from Washington, will transfer to Utah to use her fifth season. Tubbs competed primarily on UB and VT for the Huskies, but added BB this past season. She has career highs of 9.95 on UB, 9.925 on BB and 9.875 on VT.

Elizabeth Vigil, a L10 at Excalibur, has committed to continue her academic and athletic career at William and Mary, starting in 2026-20207. She recently tied for 4th on VT and placed 6th AA at the Region 7 L10 Regionals. She also finished 13th AA at the 2025 Region 7 L10 Regionals.

Ava Piedrahita, who spent the last four seasons at PSU, will finish her career with her redshirt fifth season at Clemson. She competed primarily on VT and UB this past season as she worked her way back from her redshirt season. However, she was a regular AAer in her first two seasons, with a career high of 39.525. She has posted career highs of 9.95 on VT and UB, 9.9 on FX and 9.875 on BB.

Jordyn Lyden, who spent three years at Minnesota, will transfer to LSU for next season. She had a terrific season with the Gophers this past season, winning the Big Ten UB title and becoming an All-American on FX. She has career highs of 9.975 on UB and 9.95 on both BB and FX.

Aberdeen O'Driscoll, who spent her first two years at Georgia, has committed to transfer to Cal for next season. She did not compete this past season but competed twice on BB as a frosh, earning a high of 9.85. She also competed on VT once.
