Cal has added Alexandra Dudschus and Mariah Peterson for 2016-2017. Dudshus' commit was covered in a prior news item and Peterson was set to join for one year later.

WVU has announced the signing of Chloe Cluchey and Abby Kaufmann to letters of intent. Cluchey's commit was announced in a prior news item and Kaufmann was original set to sign for the next season.

Early commit Drew Grantham signed with NCSU this week as expected. Drew competed at regionals last weekend and earned a trip to JOs.
As expected, Felicia Hano has signed with UCLA, joining Kayla Ross, Madison Kocian and the Glenn sisters in the incoming freshman class.
NCAA athletes had a good day at the Pacific Rim Championships, where event finals were decided. UGA's Brittany Rogers (Canada) took a silver on VT and bronze on UB. OU's Breanna Dowell won a silver on FX and took fifth on UB. OU commit Ragan Smith won the BB. Boise State incoming frosh Courtney McGregor won the bronze on VT and placed 6th on BB and 8th on FX. Washington incoming frosh Madison Copiak was fourth on UB while Iowa incoming frosh Charlotte Sullivan took 4th on BB. UGA commit Megan Roberts was 5th on BB and 6th on FX.
On the Men's side, former Sooner Jake Dalton won FX while former Stanford star Eddie Penev took 2nd. Penev later won the VT. Cal's Aaron Mah was 3rd on FX and 5th on HB. Former OU star Alex Naddour won the PH while former NCAA champ Sam Mikulak of Michigan was 2nd.

Here's the JO L10 National qualifiers by Region and their signed/committed school.
The US women won the Gold medal at the Pacific Rim Championships, easily outpacing the field. Canada was 2nd and Australia 3rd. World Champion Simone Biles continued her domination, posting a 62.45 in the AA for the win.
OU's Brenna Dowell had the fourth highest score in the AA and qualified to the AA final. UGA's Brittany Rogers (Canada) qualified to the VT and UB finals. Washington incoming frosh Madison Copiak (Canada) was fifth AA (8th by score) and qualified to the UB final. Maryland incoming Kirsten Peterman (Canada) was 10th AA (by score). Boise State signee Courtney McGregor was 7th AA (11th by score) and also made the VT, BB and FX finals. Iowa signee Charlotte Sullivan made the BB final.

Host Lindenwood defended their USA Gymnastics Collegiate National Team Title, edging Briidgeport 195.875 to 195.8. SPU was third qt 194.875 and Brown was fourth at 194.5. LU scored a new team scoring record.

Despite some mistakes, the US won the men's team gold at the Pacific Rim Championships. China's Cai Wefeng posted the top AA score, followed by the USA's Donnell Whittenburg and ex-NCAA champ Sam Mikulak. China was 2nd and Canada third.
The US squad also included ex OU standouts Alex Naddour and Jake Dalton, plus ex Stanford star Eddie Penev. Minnesota's Justin Karstadt, competing for Canada, placed 8th AA. Gopher teammate Joel Gagnon also competed. Canadian Aaron Mah, a Cal frosh, was 12th.

Important Definitions: Items in italics will be considered verbal commit "rumors", until a signing or intent to attend is publicly confirmed. However, many of these "rumors" may have actually been submitted by the gymnast, their family, or club. For consistency, the site will continue to be updated as information becomes public. Please note some colleges listed below do not offer non-need based aid or do so only on a limited basis. Some colleges offer partials, and others have other non-athletic scholarships available. Only Div I and II colleges are listed.
Walkons will only be listed until after May 1st of each recruiting year, unless a confirmation is received and only then the athlete's name will still remain italicized. Please note that walkon status is not always known, even when rosters are published. Also, some schools do not finalize rosters until after Fall training has begun. Also, an intended walkon may change her plans.
