Piper Smith, L10 at First in Flight Gymnastics, has committed to Auburn. She placed 1st on floor and 9th AA at her 2015 state meet. She placed 5th AA at regionals and 10th AA at JOs.
Annie Kustoff, L10 at Aerial Athletics, has committed to Iowa. Last season she placed 9th AA at her state meet and 18th AA at regionals.
Emma Karas, L10 at Nittany Gymnastics, has committed to Rutgers. Last season she placed 10th AA at her state meet and qualified through regionals to the NIT.
Lauren Gomes from New Image Gymnastics will walk on at NIU. Last season she competed at Level 9 and won bars and the all around at her state meet. She has moved up to Level 10 this season.
Mykenna Toungate, L10 at JPAC, has committed to WMU. Her 8th place regional finish earned her a spot at JOs last season where she finished 44th AA
Marisa Varrone has announced her commitment to Kentucky. Marisa competes for Tataru's Gymnastics in Tennesee and she placed 26th AA at regionals last season.
Julia Samaniego, L9 at Golden Bear Gymnastics, has committed to UC Davis. Last season she placed 1st on vault at her regional meet and finished 11th AA overall.
Ellie Bagley, L10 at Azarian Gymnastics, has committed to Washington. Last season she placed 15th AA at the SoCal meet and 20th AA at regionals.
Penn State has signed Stephen Nedoroscik, Favian Valdez and Sam Zakutney for 2016-2017.
Nedoroscik, who trains at Sterling, is standout on PH but also competes AA. He won the PH title at the 2015 JO Nationals.
Valdez trains at the US Gymnastics Development Center II. At the 2015 P&G Championships, he finished 8th AA, 3rd on PH, 4th on PB and 5th on FX in the Jr 15-16 division. He also won the JO National AA and VT titles in 2014.
Zakutney is a three time jr. National AA Champion from Canada. A member of the Canadian National Team, he has competed extensively abroad. He trains at the National Capital Boys Gymnastics Academy at the the Corona School of Gymnastics in Ottawa.
