Aja-Monet Sims, L10 at Brandy Johnson's in Florida, has committed to Alabama. Sims finished 4th AA at JOs last year and launched into a string of strong finishes this season, winning the Tampa Bay Turners Invite (1st AA; 1st V/BB/FX) , the Kurt Thomas Invite (1st AA; 1st V/UB/FX) and the Tim Rand meet (1st AA; 1st V/UB/BB). She finished 2nd AA and 1st FX at the Presidential Classic.
Florida holds onto the top spot in the Troester.com GymInfo National Rankings for the Week of March 5th. OU follows closely behind in 2nd. Florida is the top team on bars and beam, while OU is the top team on FX. UCLA is third overall and the top team on vault.
Nicole Meiller and Kailey Hansen won two events each to lead the Hornets to the win over UAA. Meiller won bars and tied for the vault title with Alaska's Shakea Sanders. Hansen won beam and floor. Sac State frosh Kalliah McCartney won the AA.

Stanford celebrated Senior Day with a big win over Cal and Airzona. They posted a season best team total, led by senior Nicole Pechanec's win in the AA and on UB. Teammate Ashley Morgan won floor, while frosh teammate Amanda Spinner won beam. Another frosh, Ivana Hong, tied with Arizona's Aubree Cristello for the vault title.

NIU defeated host Illinois State's season high score to capture the win. NIU's Megan Melendez won beam and tied for the bars title to lead NIU. She tied with teamamte Shonda Clore and Illinois State's Samantha King and Apollonia Barrientos. NIU's Kim Gotlund and Natalie Sutter tied for the floor title with Illinios State's Kim Genereux. Genereux posted a 39.1 in the AA to lead Illinois State. Elise Gray and Tori Sarantakis tied for the vault title for the Redbirds.

Springfield celebrated Senior Day, but the visiting Golden Rams took the dual meet. Stephanie Schuler won bars, Amber Miller won beam and Melissa Voskian tied for the vault title to lead West Chester.

Jessie DeZiel and Emily Wong tied for honors in the AA (39.45) and floor, but it wasn't enough as the visiting Gators prevailed. Four gymnasts tied for vault honors: NU's DeZiel and Jamie Schleppenbach, and UF's Ashanee Dickerson and Alaina Johnson. NU's Janelle Giblin and Lora Evenstad tied for the bars title. UF's Marissa King took the beam title, helping her team seal the win.

Jake Dalton led his Sooners to a big win over visiting Stanford. Dalton won the floor, vault, p-bars, high bar and the AA (90.5). For Stanford, John Martin won PH and James Fosco won rings.

The Gophers were led by Russell Dabtriz, who won the pbars and tied for the ring title with Iowa's Matt McGrath and Anton Gryshayev. Minnesota topped 60 points in foor and vault, sweeping the top five places in FX, led by DJ Repp. For Iowa, Broderick Shemansky won the AA and the high bar.

Bridgeport broke through 196 to overcome host UNH's season high 195.8. Monica Mesalles led the way, winning the AA (39.45), vault and tying for the floor title with teammate Emily Repko and Maryland's Katy Dodds. Repko tied for the beam title with teammate Sasha Tsikhanovich and UNH's Kayla Gray. UNH's Austyn Fobes won bars.
