SEMO won the MIC Championships hosted by Illinois State, posting a 194.95 to defeat the host's 194.55, TWU's 194.725 and Centenary's 189.325. The title was SEMO's first in 11 years. Taylor Ingle led SEMO, winning the AA at 39.275 and taking the VT. Teammates Leah Davis and Jaly Jones tied for 1st on FX with TWU's Sophia Isbell and Kylie Minard. TWU's Caroline Bowns won the UB. For Illinois State, Ally Lau won the BB.

Rutgers posted a 195.7 to defeat Washington (195.475), Illinois 195.125 and Nebraska 195.075 at the first session of the Big 10s. However, Washington's score was enough to keep them ahead of Rutgers and secure a spot in the Top 36. Rutgers will have to see what Pitt scores on Saturday to see which squad claims the last spot. Pitt will need a 195.65 to pass Rutgers.
Rutgers was led by a win from Emily Leese on FX and Gabrielle Dildy in the AA at 39.325. Washington's Lilly Tubbs tied for 1st on UB with Illini Chloe Cho, while Cho took the BB. Illinois' Summer Clancy won the VT.

The NCAA Division 3 teams met on Friday and crowned their champions, as the NCAA season moved into post-season. UW-Oshkosh claimed the title with a 194.75, using a 49.025 on UB to outdistance UW-La Crosse, who posted a 49.025 on FX to keep pace with a 194.1. Not far behind was Brockport State, who posted a 193.875. In 4th was UW-Eau Claire at 192.8, with UW-Whitewater at 192.475 in 5th, and Cortland State at 192.25 for 6th.
Greenville's Amara Nelson won the AA with a 38.925. Nelson also placed 1st on BB and tied for 1st on FX with UW-Oshkosh's Reanna McGibboney, Brockport's Kayla Gleason and Kiara Hockman, Ithaca's Grace Murray and UW-Stout's Jamie Beatty. McGibboney also tied for 1st on VT with Hockman, UW-La Crosse's Paige Brockwoldt, and UW-Stout's Jessica Qualich. UW-Oshkosh's Averie Evans placed 1st on UB.

Michigan defeated host Ohio State on Monday, with both squads hitting season highs. Charlie Larson led Michigan, winning FX and VT. Teammate Akshay Puri won the R while teammate Carson Eshleman won the HB with a 14.6. For the Ohio State, Parker Thackston won PH with a big 15.3 and David Ramirez won the HB.

We are heading into our Conference Championship weekend and the final race for the post-season. Tight races are in place for the Top 16 seeds and Top 36 qualifiers to Regionals. OU retains the lead over LSU for #1, 197.963 to 197.917. Florida is secure in 3rd, and can't be passed. Alabama and UCLA are in a tight battle for 4th, with Bama at 197.5 to UCLA's 197.478. UGA in 6th is still within reach of UCLA, but not the top 4. Here are this week's rankings, as compiled by RoadtoNationals.
Stanford posted a 197.775 to mark a big win on Senior Day. Boise State's 195.4 caused them to lose ground in the race to a spot at Regionals. Stanford senior Anna Roberts led the way, winning VT and FX with 10s and taking the BB title. Teammate Sienna Robinson won the UB.

Host Cal celebrated Senior Day with a 197.175 win, hitting a 49.45 on FX after being tied for 1st after three events. Washington had a season-high, boosting their chances for Regionals, while Penn added a strong score to keep their chances alive. Tonya Paulsson led Cal, winning UB and the FX. Teammate Annalise Newman-Achee won the AA at 39.55 and tied for the VT title with teammate Kyen Mayhew. Washington's Olivia Oppegard won the BB.

Host ASU celebrated Senior Day with a season high and a win over USU and SEMO. With the score, ASU secured a spot at Regionals. Kimberly Smith led ASU, winning the FX and the AA at 39.35. She also tied for 1st on UB with teammates Reese Grolla and Delanie Kelly, and USU's Charley Laufer. Grolla won the BB while ASU's Lilia Purler and Halle Gregoire tied for the VT title with USU's Kaylie Medrano and Nyla Morabito.

Minnesota posted a season-best 197.825, the fourth best in program history, to win the quad meet on Senior Day. The Gophers were led by Arianna Ostrum, who won VT with a 10, the FX with a 9.75 and the AA at 39.675. Teammate Jordyn Lyden won the BB and tied for the UB title with teammate Emma Slevin.

Host Pitt celebrated Senior Day with a season-high 196.4 for a tri-meet victory. The mark strengthened their bid for a slot at Regionals. Pitt was led by wins from Jaime Pratt on UB and Layla Bobek on BB. For WVU, Taylor Tuohy won VT, Emerson Smith won FX and Kayla Smith took the AA with a 39.175.

The Bruins celebrated Senior Night with a 197.85 and a win over Utah in front of a school record crowd of 13,089. UCLA's Jordan Chiles led the way, winning the AA with a 39.8 and taking titles on BB and FX. Teammate Ashlee Sullivan won the VT with a 9.975. Utah's Avery Neff denied a Bruin sweep with a 9.975 win on UB.
