SEMO 195.8 over NIU 194.775

SEMO posted their second highest score in program history to win the Tennessee Collegiate Classic.  SEMO's Dahlia Solorzano-Caruso won the AA with a 39.35. Teammate Jolie Miller won UB, NIU's Amanda Bartemio won the VT while teammate Mia Lord won the BB. NIU's Tara Kofmehl won the FX.

Stout rolled to a big win at the John Zuerlein Invitational.  Brooke Terry won the AA with a 37.75 and tied for the FX title with teammate Belle Ihde.  Teammate Shadae Boone won another VT title while teammate Mallary Dick won UB.  Hamline's Katie Kalland won the BB.

MSU 194.175 at Iowa State 196.225

Iowa State continued to roll, posting a big win over MSU.  ISU's Andrea Maldonado won the FX with a 9.95. Cyclone Makayla Maxwell won VT while teammates Cassandra Diaz and Natalia Ros Vaquer tied for the UB title. MSU's Ella Douglas won BB while Spartan Lea Mitchell won the AA at 39.225.

Florida 197.8 at UGA 196.5

Florida posted a strong road score in an easy win over host UGA.  Florida's Trinity Thomas won the UB with a 9.975 and took the VT, FX and the AA with a 39.825. Teammate Alyssa Baumann won BB with a 9.975.

WMU 194.95 at CMU 196.075

Host CMU posted a season high to defeat rival WMU.  CMU's Denelle Pedrick won VT and FX while teammate Hannah Demers won UB and the AA (39.375). Chippewa Morgan Tong won the BB.

Kent State posted its second highest mark of the season as they won the Pink Meet quad.  Kent St's Rachel DeCavitch won the AA and UB. Teammate Abby Fletcher won the FX. BGSU's Samantha Marion won VT while teammate Jovannah East won BB.

GWU 195.5 at UNC 196.325

UNC celebrated Senior Night with a big win over GWU.  UNC senior Khazia Hislop won VT, tied for 1st on FX with classmate Mikayla Robinson, tied for first on BB with classmate Alexis Allen and frosh Elizabeth Culton plus GWU's Deja Chambliss and Hannah Cohen. Chambliss won the AA and tied on UB with GWU's Rachel Kaplan

UNH 195.05 at Michigan 197.9

Michigan just missed the program record they set last week in an easy win over UNH.  Michigan's Natalie Wojcik won the AA with a 39.675, winning the UB and FX. Teammate Gabby Wilson won the VT while Wolverine Lexi Funk won BB.

Kaitlyn's early commitment was announced earlierand she has now signed with Illinois.  This season she has racked up several AA and event wins so far to put the finishing touches on her club career.

2020-21 Kerry Gallagher to Brockport

 

Kerry Gallagher from Apollo Gymnastics has committed to Brockport.  She fnished 12th AA at her 2019 state meet. She is having a busy 2020 season, including a 9th place finish at the Hill's Maryland Classic.and a 4th place finish at the Apollo Invitational.

Missouri signs Jena Swanson

Missouri hassigned Jena Swanson from Spearfish Gymnastics according to a news article.  She finished 1st AA and 1st on vault, bars and floor at her 2019 state meet.  She has top 3 AA finishes in all of her meets so far this season.

Pitt posted a season-high but it wasn't enough as SUU posted a 197.075 for the win.  SUU's Karley McClain won FX and BB to lead the Thunderbirds. Teammate Morgan Alfaro won VT while teammate Becky Rozsa-Thompson won UB.

Utah 198.075 at UCLA 198.025

Utah handed UCLA its third loss of the season, edging the Bruins 198.075 to 198.025.  Ute Abby Paulson tied with UCLA's Grace Glenn at 10.0 on the BB. Ute Kim Tessen won the UB. UCLA's Kyla Ross won the AA with a 39.825, taking the VT and tying with Bruins Gracie Kramer and Nia Dennis on FX.
