Florida held off the host Bruins, after falling behind after a weak vault rotation.  After blasting to a 49.4 in their first events, the Gators were forced to count a low vault when Mackenzie Caquatto fell on her Yurchenko layout full.   The Bruins had struggles of their own in the next rotation, suffering a fall from Sydney Sawa, a hand touch from Sophina DeJesus and a missed C leap combination from Ellette Craddock.  The Gators had problems of their own on FX, with some low landings and two falls again from Caquatto.  With UCLA hitting their floor routines, UF shook off a rare fall from Bridget Sloan (on her Aerial) with Caquatto coming back to seal the win.

Kytra Hunter led Florida, posting a 39.375 and winning the FX with a 9.925.  Teammate Bridgette Caquatto tied for the UB title with UCLA's Olivia Courtney.  Courtney stuck her Yurchenko Layout Full for a 9.975 and a win on that event.  Teammate Samantha Peszek steadied her way to a 9.925 on BB.
