We head into the final week of competition, and the Troester.com GymInfo National rankings are heating up as teams battle for a prime spot in the postseason.
Florida once again leads the Top 25 ranking, with Bama in 2nd. Stanford remains in third, as OU and Oregon State close the gap. Florida continues to lead the team rankings on BB and FX, but are now tied for the top spot on VT with Bama. Oregon State still leads the UB rankings.
Centenary bested Alaska-Anchorage's new season high to avenge last Friday's loss. The two teams matched up twice this weekend, as is the custom for visiting teams to Anchorage. Jessica Lieblich led Centenary, winning the BB and taking 2nd AA. Teammate Christine Martinez won the VT. For Alaska, Shakea Sanders won the AA with a career best 38.5, taking the FX in the process. Teammate Maria Puricelli won the UB.

Boise State tied the school record in the road win at Sac State. Amy Glass and Hannah Redmon tied for the AA title at 39.5. Glass tied her career best while Redmon set hers. Redmon won the UB while Glass tied for the BB title with Sac State's Lissa Zamalo. Boise State frosh Kelsey Black posted a 9.925 while teammate Hailey Gaspar won VT.

UCLA posted its highest road score of the season to defeat CSUF. Elyse Hopfner-Hibbs led UCLA, winning the AA (39.5) and BB while tying for the VT title with teammate Tauny Frattone. Frosh Sam Peszek won the UB while senior Brittani McCullough won the FX.

NU celebrated Senior Day with another big win. NU frosh Jamie Schleppenbach won the VT with a 9.95. Fellow frosh Emily Wong and senior Maria Scaffidi tied with ISU's Camille Santerre for the UB title. Husker Lora Evenstad added a win on FX. Iowa State's Jody McKellar posted the top mark on BB while teammate Michelle Browning led a trio of ISU AAers.

Cal crossed the country and posted a big road win, led by Avery Gee's win on FX and tie for 1st on BB (with Penn's Keolamau Yee). Cal frosh Dallas Crawford won the UB with a 9.925. Penn's Dana Bonincontri won the AA with a 38.975 while SCSU's Rebecca Brady won the VT.

Maryland senior Abigail Adams celebrated Senior Day with an AA win. She also tied for 1st on the FX with UK's Phylicia Reshard. Reshard also tied for the UB title with teammate Jasmine Minion. Maryland's Elizabethe Manzi won the BB. UNC's Morgan Evans and Zoya Johnson tied for the UB title.

Elena Corcoran and Alexsis Petrikis, both L10 from XCel Gymnastics in Pennsylvania, have committed to GWU. Corcoran will join the team next fall and Petrikis committed for the 2012-13 season. This season Corcoran finished 1st on FX at the COTC and 1st on V at the Stars and Stripes meet. Petrikis finished 2nd AA at the Stars and Stripes.
Oregon State held off Utah,196.6 to 196.325. Leslie Mak of Oregon State won BB while frosh Britney Ranzy won the VT. Utah's Gael Mackie won the UB and AA for Utah. Teammate Nansy Damianova won the FX for the Utes.

OU defeated host Michigan, posting a 357.75 for the win. OU's Jake Dalton won the FX and Rings, while teammate Steven Legendre won the AA and VT. Teammate Alex Naddour won the PH. For Michigan, Syque Caesar won PB and Thomas Kelley won HB.

Ohio State celebrated Senior Night with the tri-meet win. Senior Brandon Wynn won Rings with a 15.5. A pari of frosh captured wins: Jeff Treleaven on VT and Kris Done on HB.

UW Whitewater cruised to an easy win at the NCGA (Div III) West Regionals. UW Stout's Naomi DeLara won the BB and FX to lead her squad. Hamline's Lissette LaFex won the UB and the AA (37.975). Winona State's Jena Jondahl won the VT.

Cornell celebrated Senior Day with a win over Brown. Senior Emily Santaro won VT and tied for 1st on FX with classmate Maddie Pearsall. Teammateas Melanie Jorgenson and Bethany Neczypor tied for the UB title. Junior Melanie Standridge won BB with a school-record 9.9.

PSU defeated host WVU 195.825 to 195.025. Madison Merriam led PSU, winning the AA (39.375), FX and tying for the VT title with teammate Sharaya Musser. Musser won the VT and BB.
