Mikulak was 1st on PH and tied for 1st on HB.

Up for grabs are 8 spots on the Men's Senior National Team. Many of the top gymnasts did not compete AA, as World Champinship team members are already on the National Team. In the complex system for naming a team, having several strong, consistent events with high start values and good execution is better than having lower, but even, placements with lower start value across the events.
