2015-16 Hoffmann to SUU

Natalie Hoffmann, L10 at Brandy Johnson's in Florida, has committed to Southern Utah.  Last season she finished 6th AA at her state meet and qualified through regionals to the NIT.

2017-18 Foss to UGA

Elite gymnast Ashley Foss has committed to Georgia.  Ashley competes for North Stars in  New Jersey.  In 2013 she finished 3rd AA and 1st on beam and floor at the American Classic.  She also  competed at the Secret Classics and US Championships.

Team Central Gymnastics in Missouri has announced Joy Gage's commitment to Cornell.  Joy, a level 10, finished 5th AA at her 2012 state meet and qualified to regionals.

2016-17 Karr to DU

Maddie Karr, L10 from Twin Cities Twisters in Minnesota, has committed to Denver.  Last season she won her state meet and placed 1st on vault and bars.  She picked up the AA title and the beam title at her regional meet.  She finished 4th AA at JOs in her third consecutive trip to L10 nationals.

Kirby Rathjen has announced her commitment to Arkasas for the 2016-17 season.  Kirby qualified to JOs in 2012, finishing 19th AA.  Last season she competed two events at her state meet.

Andi Dolinsky joins USU coaching staff

USU rounds out its coaching staff with Andi Dolinsky.  Dolinsky competed for UC Davis and  later worked as a graduate assistant for head coach Natalie Walsh.

2016-17 Shaffer to Arkansas

Written by

Sarah Shaffer, L10 at Texas East, has committed to Arkansas.  In 2012, she qualified to the NIT.  She had a short 2013 season, but she picked up titles on all events throughout her season.  She won the Pikes Peak Cup with a sweep of events and she won the Rose City Classic, finishing 1st AA and 1st on bars and beam.

Michigan's Mikulak 6th in World's AA Final

Michigan's Sam Mikulak placed 6th in the AA at the finals of the 2013 World Championships, in Antwerp, Belgium.  Japan's Kohei Uchimura won his fourth straight world title, a new record, and easily outdistanced the field.  Mikulak challenged for a medal, and stood in third heading into high bar, his final event.  A slip on his ful Takamoto dropped him to sixth.

2014-15 McPeak no longer committed to WMU

We are informed that India McPeak is no longer committed to WMU.  India is an international athlete representing Northern Ireland.  She remains interested in competing in the NCAA.
