NC State's Drew Grantham won the BB and the AA (39.2) to lead the Wolfpack to the win over their in-state rivals. For UNC, Khazia Hislop won the VT and FX while Madison Nettles won the UB.

SEMO's Lindsey Bates and Alexis Brawn won at least shares of three titles each to lead their squad to a win. Frosh Bates won the AA (38.95) and also tied for the BB title (with Illinois St's Gabrielle Cooke) and the UB title (with Brawner and ISU's Alyssa Wiggle). Brawner also won VT and FX.

Iowa State's Haylee Young won the AA (39.45) and VT and BB to lead the Cyclones to a big win over Arizona. Teammate Meaghan Sievers won the UB while Arizona's Kennady Schneider won the FX to prevent a sweep.

The Tide's Kiana Winston won UB, BB and FX to lead her squad to the win over rival UGA. Teammate Nickie Guerrero won the VT while Bama's Wynter Childers won the AA with a 39.325.

TWU's Schyler Jones won VT, FX and tied for the BB title (with LU's Kiersten Sokolowski) to lead the Pioneers to the win. She also posted a 39.05 AA. TWU's Morgan Colee and Bria Northrop tied for the UB title.

LSU's Myia Hambrick won the AA with a 39.55 and the FX with a 9.95 to lead the Tigers to the big win over the Gators. Teammate Lexie Priessman won the VT with a 9.925. Florida's Alex McMurtry won the UB while teammate Rachel Gowey won the BB.

Boise State's Shani Remme won the AA with a 39.425 to lead the host Broncos to a win over conference rival SUU. She also took the event titles on UB, BB and FX. SUU's Megan McBride won VT with a 9.9.

UGA has announced the retirement of Grace Cherrey.
Host Winona State scored a big win over UW Stout, led by Eboni Jackson. She won the AA, BB and VT. Stout's MacKenzie Nicholson won the UB while teammate Mikala Bugge won the FX.

Host Brockport defeated Cortland 184.45 to 183.8 on Tuesday night. Brockport was led by wins Brittany Vasile and Candis Kowalik, who tied for the VT title. Cortland State got wins from Rachel Filipski on VT, Sidney McConnell on UB, and Bailey GIldemeyer on BB.

Stanford's Elizabeth Price posted a big 39.65 to win the AA, and scored the first 10 of the season to win UB. She also won VT and FX (9.975). Cal's Toni Ann Williams won BB to lead the Bears to the win.

LSU leads the Women's National Rankings, as compiled by RoadToNationals, for the week of January 8th. It's an incomplete week for this first week of the season, with only 41 teams recording scores. Based on our observation of meets across the country, scoring variation was quite high, with some panels being quite strict and others were among the most permissive we've seen in quite some time (treating major errors quite lightly).
NC State's Chelsea Knight won the AA with a 39.075 to lead the Wolfpack to the tri-meet win at NIU. Knight also won the VT and tied for the FX title with NIU's Anna Martucci and UIC's Mikailla Northern. NIU's Ashley Potts and UIC's Serena Baker tied for UB while UIC's Kayla Baddley won the BB.

UCLA's Kyla Ross won the AA with a 39.5 and tied for FX title with teammate Gracie Kramer and Ohio State's Alexis Mattern. Teammate Peng-Peng Lee won UB (9.975) and BB (9.925). Bruin Pauline Tratz won VT. The Bruins got off to a bit of a rough start, with Kramer (tuck) and Pua Hall sitting down attempts at Yurchenko 1 1/2. Bruin Head Coach Valerie Kondos Field sat out the meet with an illness and Katelyn Ohashi was limited to two events with a sore ankle.
